How We're Helping Others Heal...

Hey Girl, Heal blossomed from a dark place in 2019 as a solution-focused mental health support group uplifting black millennial women on their healing journeys. We are now a global mental health awareness movement devoted to helping women heal their hearts, habits and households while reaching higher heights.

Founded by our CEO, Tahauya Jackson, a former people-pleaser, fatherless daughter and trauma survivor, we understand the unique struggles black millennial women face daily. Our mission is closing the gap between therapy sessions where many feel frustrated, unseen and stuck in relational trauma cycles.

Through community healing, trauma-informed coaching and culturally competent support, over 10,000 women have rediscovered their joy and journeyed down a beautiful path to care for their soul. We help you release pain, reclaim confidence and bloom into the bold and resilient person life may have dimmed.

At Hey Girl, Heal, know you are never alone

We equip sisters to break cycles and rewrite their story - not just through words but tangible transformation. We're more than a catchy phrase, healing is a lifestyle! Our team of mental health advocates and professionals stand on a mission to reach 1 million Black women over the next decade.

We proudly nurture the shift from surviving to thriving through:

Checkmark Example
